Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Vektar Tech Pvt. Ltd. ("Vektar Tech", "we", "us"), a company registered in Nepal with its headquarters at Taranagar-05, Dhangadhi, Kailali, Nepal. They govern your use of vektartech.com and its forms. By using the site you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use the site. If you use the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for it.
1. About this site
This site provides general information about Vektar Tech, our services and the products we are building. It is not an offer to sell or provide anything, and nothing on it is professional, legal or financial advice.
Products, features, timelines and examples described on the site may still be in development, are illustrative, and may change or be withdrawn without notice.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use the site lawfully and only for its intended purpose. You must not: attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, our systems or data; scan, probe or test the site for vulnerabilities; overload it or interfere with its operation; bypass or try to defeat our rate limits, bot protection or other security measures; use bots, scrapers or other automated means to access or copy the site; submit false, misleading, offensive or unlawful information, or impersonate anyone; upload malware or harmful files; or use the forms to send spam or unsolicited promotions.
We may block, restrict or suspend access to the site, or to any user or network, at any time and without notice, including to protect the site or other users.
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please report it to us privately instead of testing it — emailhello@vektartech.com.
3. Enquiries, demos and proposals
Submitting a demo request or enquiry does not create a contract or any obligation for either side. Any prices, estimates, proposals or timelines we share are not binding until both parties have signed a written agreement.
Any services or products we provide to you will be governed solely by that separate written agreement, which takes priority over these terms where they differ.
4. Job applications
Applying through the site does not guarantee an interview, an offer or employment. Any offer of employment or engagement is valid only if made in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Vektar Tech Pvt. Ltd..
The information you submit must be accurate and your own. We may reject an application, or withdraw an offer, if information you provided turns out to be false or misleading.
Beware of recruitment fraud: Vektar Tech never charges candidates any fee at any stage of hiring, and official communication about jobs comes only from an @vektartech.com email address. If someone asks you for money in our name, do not pay — please report it to us.
5. What you send us
You confirm that you have the right to share anything you submit, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. You allow us to use it to respond to you and for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
Please do not send confidential information or business ideas through the site or by unsolicited email. Unless we have signed a confidentiality agreement with you first, any ideas, suggestions or feedback you send us are not confidential, and we may use them freely without any obligation or payment to you.
6. Intellectual property
The site and everything on it — including text, graphics, designs, code, and the Vektar Tech and Vektar names, logos and product names — belong to Vektar Tech Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by law. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable permission to view the site for your own information.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, frame or create works based on the site, or use our names, logos or product names (including in domain names, social media accounts or advertising), without our prior written permission. Sharing a link to the site is welcome.
7. Other websites and services
The site may link to, or rely on, services run by others (for example Cloudflare, LinkedIn or GitHub). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
8. No warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it accurate, available and secure, but we do not promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, free of harmful components, or that its information is complete or up to date.
To the extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties and conditions that are not expressly stated in these terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vektar Tech Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the site — even if we were told it was possible.
Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to NPR 10,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Vektar Tech Pvt. Ltd. harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or anything you submit through it.
11. Changes to the site and these terms
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time. We may also update these terms; the "Last updated" date shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
If a dispute arises, please contact us first — both parties will try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days. If it cannot be resolved that way, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nepal, with the District Court, Kailali as the court of first instance, to the extent the law permits.
13. General
If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our not enforcing a right does not waive it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours as part of a reorganisation, merger or sale. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about your use of the site.
14. Language
These terms are provided in English and Nepali for convenience. If the two versions differ, the English version applies.
